titleOfInvention | Method for modifying acrylic resin by methacrylic acid phosphate |
abstract | The invention provides a method for modifying acrylic resin by methacrylic acid phosphate, which comprises the following steps of mixing a special modifier of methacrylic acid phosphate and a precursor of acrylic resin in a special solution system, and carrying out segmented polymerization at a preset temperature: 1) putting dimethylbenzene and butyl acetate into a reaction kettle in proportion to prepare a solution; 2) heating the solution in the step 1 to 130-135 ℃; 3) mixing methacrylate, a hydroxyl acrylic monomer, a functional monomer, methacrylic acid phosphate and an initiator of 4/5-7/8, dropwise adding the mixture into the solution of 130-135 ℃ obtained in the step 2 within 3-4 h, and then preserving heat for 1-1.5 h; 4) adding the rest initiator, and then preserving the heat for 1.5-2 h to obtain the methacrylic acid phosphate modified acrylic resin. |
