titleOfInvention | Metal chelating polystyrene nanosphere and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of high molecular polymers, and discloses a metal chelating polystyrene nanosphere and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing carboxylated polystyrene nanospheres; 2) carboxyl activation is carried out on the carboxylated polystyrene nanosphere, and then a metal chelating agent is added for reaction to obtain a chelating agent modified nanosphere; reacting the nanospheres modified by the chelating agent with metal salt to obtain metal-chelated polystyrene nanospheres; the metal salt is water-soluble metal salt, and specifically comprises more than one of copper salt, zinc salt, cobalt salt or nickel salt. The method is simple, and the prepared metal chelating polystyrene nanosphere has large specific surface area and uniform particle size of about 100 nm; and the metal chelating polystyrene nanospheres can quickly separate and purify target protein from a complex biological system, and the separated target protein has high purity and large quantity. The metal chelating polystyrene nanosphere is used in the field of protein separation and purification. |
