abstract | A method for improving the quality of oil products obtained by hydrothermal liquefaction oil production, utilizing the affinity between alkali and ammonia nitrogen to distribute as much nitrogen as possible in the water phase, and utilizing the ammonium ion exchange capacity of the ammonia adsorbent to make the nitrogen as much as possible. It may be distributed more in the solid phase. The above two effects reduce the nitrogen content distributed in the bio-crude oil, increase the nitrogen content in the solid phase residue and the water phase, and increase the nitrogen content in the solid phase residue and the water phase. The invention also discloses the application of the method in the in-situ nitrogen control of sludge hydrothermal liquefaction treatment. The sludge is mixed with alkali and ammonia adsorbents, and the water is carried out in a closed pressure reaction tube under subcritical conditions. Thermal reaction, open the reaction tube to release the pressure and discharge the gas generated by the reaction, extract the solid residue and water phase obtained after the hydrothermal reaction, and then separate the solid phase, the water phase and the extractant phase by centrifugation.
