abstract | The invention provides a self-assembly nano material and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the raw materials of the nano material comprise nucleic acid molecules, aminoglycoside molecules and metal protoporphyrin; the self-assembly nano material provided by the invention uses aminoglycoside molecules as an activating agent, is prepared by co-assembling with nucleic acid molecules and metalloprotoporphyrin, is used as a mimic enzyme catalyst, has the same order of magnitude of substrate conversion number and catalytic efficiency as natural horseradish peroxidase, and has higher catalytic activity compared with aminoglycoside molecules and metalloprotoporphyrin, nucleic acid metalloprotoporphyrin conjugates or nucleic acid metalloprotoporphyrin self-assemblies, and the aminoglycoside molecules and the nucleic acid have synergistic promotion effect on the catalytic activity of the metalloprotoporphyrin; has higher application value in chemical sensors and biosensors. |
