titleOfInvention | Method for improving heavy metal lead stress resistance of tartary buckwheat seedlings |
abstract | The invention provides a method for improving the heavy metal lead stress resistance of tartary buckwheat seedlings, which comprises the following steps: selecting tartary buckwheat seeds with no scars on the surface and full seeds, airing the seeds in the sun, then adopting disinfectant for disinfection, and then washing the seeds with distilled water; immersing the washed seeds in a soaking liquid, and soaking the seeds at constant temperature; wiping and disinfecting the seed germination box by alcohol, then putting double-layer filter paper, uniformly spreading the soaked seeds on the filter paper, covering a box cover, and putting the box into a shading incubator to obtain tartary buckwheat seedlings; selecting strong seedlings with regular growth vigor, planting the strong seedlings to loose and smooth soil, covering the soil on the roots of the strong seedlings, and applying mixed fertilizer to each seedling. According to the method, seedling cultivation is performed through means of disinfection, seed soaking, shading cultivation and the like, so that the vitality of tartary buckwheat seedlings under the lead stress condition can be effectively improved, heavy metal lead stress is resisted, and the germination rate of tartary buckwheat seeds is improved. |
