The device consists of a gas loop, a pressure accumulator, a pressure stabilizing tank, a diaphragm compressor, an inflation tank, a valve, a pipeline, an instrument and the like. Firstly, directly inflating high-pressure process gas in an inflation tank into a gas loop, and quickly increasing the pressure of a reaction gas screen in the gas loop; then, discharging the medium-pressure process gas in the gas loop to a pressure accumulator, and performing variable volume expansion on the pressure accumulator to quickly reduce the pressure of a reaction gas screen in the gas loop; and finally, the pressure accumulator is compressed under the action of the pressure of the driving gas of the pressure stabilizing tank, and the low-pressure process gas is driven to enter the diaphragm compressor to be compressed and pressurized to the gas charging tank. The accumulator uses the metal bellows diaphragm to separate the process gas and the driving gas, and carries out high-tightness volume compensation and pressure buffering, and the whole pressure regulating system is sealed by all metal materials. The invention is used for gas fine chemical production, electronic gas process treatment, nuclear fuel power transient test and the like.
