titleOfInvention Sericin hydrolysis method, product and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a sericin hydrolysis method, belonging to the technical field of biology. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving sericin in water to prepare a sericin water solution; (2) mixing the sericin aqueous solution with a buffer solution for adjusting the pH value, and adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution to 7.5-8.5 to obtain a to-be-hydrolyzed solution; (3) adding trypsin and calcium chloride into the to-be-hydrolyzed solution, and carrying out primary reaction for 0.5-1.5 h at the temperature of 36-38 ℃ to obtain a primary hydrolyzed solution; (4) and adding papain and sodium thiosulfate into the preliminary hydrolysate, and further reacting for 0.5-1.5 h at 48-52 ℃ to obtain the final hydrolysate. The method provided by the invention utilizes double-enzyme hydrolysis, firstly uses trypsin for treatment, and then adds papain; under the combined action of the two enzymes, the sericin can realize the hydrolysis with higher efficiency than the traditional method.
