titleOfInvention | Porous PVA/cellulose nanocrystalline hydrogel and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a porous PVA/cellulose nanocrystalline hydrogel which is prepared from the following components: PVA 20-80 parts by weight, a pore-foaming agent 2-50 parts by weight, a terminal group containing furan nucleus polyethylene glycol 1-20 parts by weight, a maleimide group grafted cellulose nanocrystal 1-20 parts by weight, and deionized water 20-50 parts by weight. According to the invention, a spatial network structure is formed by crosslinking of the polyethylene glycol with furan rings at the end groups and the maleimide group grafted cellulose nanocrystal, which is beneficial to the uniform distribution of pores of the porous PVA/cellulose nanocrystal hydrogel and the improvement of the overall gel performance, so that the porous PVA/cellulose nanocrystal hydrogel prepared by the components and materials and the improvement of the microstructure of the PVA hydrogel has thinner pore walls, uniform pore size distribution and good swelling property and mechanical property. |
