abstract | The invention discloses a nano-ceramic. The chemical formula of the main components is: (1-x)BiFe 1-y Ti y O 3 -xLnFeO 3 , wherein Ln is any one of La, Sm, Ho, Gd and Nd, 0≤x≤1, 0≤y≤0.5. Using the binary system of BiFe 1‑y Ti y O 3 and LnFeO 3 not only maintains the multiferroic properties of single-phase multiferroic materials, but also improves the electrical insulation properties of the system and greatly improves the fatigue properties of the samples. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the above nano-ceramic, comprising the following steps: (1) respectively taking raw materials according to the ratio of each element in BiFe 1-y Ti y O 3 and LnFeO 3 and dissolving them in an organic solvent to obtain a first sol and the second sol; (2) drying, grinding, sieving and calcining the first sol to obtain the first nano-powder; (3) drying, grinding, sieving and calcining the second sol to obtain the second nano-powder (4) mixing the first nano-powder and the second nano-powder to obtain a mixed nano-powder; (5) filling the mixed nano-powder into a graphite mold, and plasma sintering to obtain the nano-ceramic. |
