titleOfInvention A kind of ZnO/Sn3O4 gas sensor material and its preparation method and application in sensor
abstract The invention relates to the field of preparation of sensor gas-sensing materials, in particular to a ZnO/Sn 3 O 4 gas-sensing material, a preparation method thereof, and an application in a sensor. The gas-sensing material is composed of ZnO nanoparticles and Sn 3 O 4 nano-flowers; wherein, the Sn 3 O 4 nano-flowers are formed by stacking graded Sn 3 O 4 nano-sheets, and the ZnO nanoparticles are grown in situ on Sn 3 O 4 nanosheets. The graded flower-like Sn 3 O 4 sensitive material modified by the ZnO nano-particles prepared by the hydrothermal method proposed in the present invention, the graded flower-like Sn 3 O 4 material is modified by ZnO nanoparticles, and the ZnO/Sn 3 O 4 composite material is synthesized , Through the construction of heterostructures, unique interface effects and special properties different from their single components can be produced, and the performance of the sensor can be improved. The initial resistance of the composite material is much larger than that of a single oxide semiconductor, improving the response of the sensor.
