The polyester polyol aqueous dispersion is polymerized by sodium phthalic acid-5-sulfonate, neopentyl glycol, phthalic acid, and tertiary glycidyl carbonate in a mass ratio of 8:7:5:3; The water-based isocyanate curing agent is prepared from sulfamic acid, dimethylcyclohexylamine and toluene diisocyanate in a mass ratio of 5:3:4.
