titleOfInvention | Poly (2-methyl-2-nitropropanediol adipate), preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an energetic desensitizer poly (2-methyl-2-nitropropanediol adipate) for a propellant, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the poly (2-methyl-2-nitropropanediol adipate) has the following structural formula: wherein n is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 20, and n is an integer. The preparation method takes adipic acid and 2-methyl-2-nitropropanediol as raw materials, and comprises the following steps of adding the adipic acid and the 2-methyl-2-nitropropanediol into toluene, adding a catalyst, heating until the toluene refluxes, and carrying out esterification condensation reaction. After the reaction is finished, cooling to below 30 ℃, washing the reaction solution with water, and evaporating toluene under reduced pressure to obtain the poly (2-methyl-2-nitropropanediol adipate). The poly-2-methyl-2-nitropropanediol adipate synthesized by the method is applied as a blunting agent in a propellant, has good anti-migration performance, and has higher explosion heat and projectile initial velocity than an inert blunting agent. |
