titleOfInvention | A kind of antiferroelectric lead-free ceramic and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of antiferroelectric ceramic materials, and particularly relates to an antiferroelectric lead-free ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides an antiferroelectric lead-free ceramic whose elemental composition is (1-x)(0.94(Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 )TiO 3 -0.06BaTiO 3 )-xCs 2 Nb 4 O 11 , where x is a mole percentage. The invention realizes the combination of Cs 2 Nb 4 O 11 and 0.94(Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 )TiO 3 -0.06BaTiO 3 components by designing the element composition, especially under the condition of ensuring the component form of Cs 2 Nb 4 O 11 , to obtain Environmentally friendly ceramic materials with antiferroelectric properties at room temperature and low electric field. Experimental data show that the antiferroelectric lead-free ceramic provided by the invention has an energy storage density of up to 0.70J/cm 3 , an energy storage efficiency of up to 45%, and excellent energy storage performance. |
