titleOfInvention Culture method of cadmium-tolerant anaerobic ammonia oxidation granular sludge
abstract The invention discloses a method for culturing cadmium-tolerant anaerobic ammonia oxidation granular sludge, which comprises the following steps: (1) inoculating anaerobic ammonium oxidation granular sludge in a reactor, taking simulated wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, inorganic salt, trace elements and cadmium as inflow water, and operating to be stable under an anaerobic condition that the temperature is 31-36 ℃ and the hydraulic retention time is controlled to be constant; (2) the cadmium concentration in the inlet water is increased in a gradient manner, the operation time of each gradient is 15-35 days, and the total nitrogen removal rate of the outlet water after the operation to the reactor is 60-70%; (3) stopping adding cadmium in the inlet water, simultaneously reducing the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in the inlet water in a gradient manner, wherein the running time of each gradient is 3-20 days, and the total nitrogen removal rate of the outlet water of the reactor is more than 80% after the operation; (4) and (3) cadmium is added into the inlet water in a gradient manner, the running time of each gradient is 5-15 days, the total nitrogen removal rate of the outlet water of the reactor is not less than 70%, and the culture of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation granular sludge tolerant to cadmium is realized.
