abstract | The invention provides a transition metal element modified MTW structure-containing eutectic catalyst, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1) 55-99.99999% of eutectic molecular sieve, wherein the Si/Al atomic ratio in the eutectic molecular sieve is 1-600: 1; 2) 0.00001-45% of transition metal element. The preparation method of the transition metal element modified MTW structure-containing eutectic catalyst comprises the steps of carrying out acid washing, filtering, washing and drying on an MTW-BEA or MTW-MOR eutectic molecular sieve, and then carrying out ammonium ion exchange, filtering, washing and drying on the MTW-BEA or MTW-MOR eutectic molecular sieve treated by the method; and finally, the molecular sieve is exchanged, filtered, washed, dried and roasted by adopting substances containing transition metal elements, the preparation method better solves the problems of complicated process and low metal dispersibility in the prior art for producing the element modified molecular sieve catalyst, and can be used for catalyzing the production of aromatic hydrocarbon. |
