abstract The invention provides a low-energy-consumption wastewater treatment method and device for removing salt and organic matters. One of the devices consists of an oxygen concentrator, an electrolytic water device and a submerged combustion type water purifier. The immersed combustion type water purifier consists of a hydrogen-oxygen flame torch array or a plasma generating device, a reactive gas remover, a solid-liquid separator, a heat exchanger and the like, can ensure that all substances are degraded into small molecules with stable thermodynamics, wherein the reactive small molecule substances are absorbed by water and then dehydrated to generate inorganic salt and pure water, thereby efficiently purifying various waste water. The wastewater treatment method recycles the heat and useful substances released by the combustion of organic matters to ensure that the wastewater is recycled to the greatest extent, thereby reducing the wastewater treatment cost and providing a new technical scheme and feasible equipment for the on-site solution of the problem of the troublesome chemical pollution.
