titleOfInvention Eucheuma extract and application thereof in preparation of medicine for treating organ fibrosis
abstract The invention discloses an oral liquid prepared from eucheuma extract and used for preventing and treating organ fibrosis, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-2% of mucilage, 0.2-1% of preservative, 0.1-1% of cosolvent and the balance of eucheuma extract. The preparation method of the eucheuma extract comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning Eucheuma Gelatinosum; 2) taking the eucheuma processed in the step 1) with the mass of M1, adding water with the mass of M2, homogenizing, sterilizing, filtering and centrifuging sequentially, collecting supernatant, then carrying out ultrafiltration by using an ultrafiltration membrane system, wherein the molecular weight cutoff of a microporous membrane of 0.1 micron is 5000 daltons, and the operating pressure difference is 0.1-0.5MPa, so as to obtain the eucheuma extract, wherein the mass of M1: m2 ═ 1: 8-12. The oral liquid prepared by the invention has obvious effect of treating organ fibrosis, and the effect of treating organ fibrosis is better than that of pirfenidone and nebrode. In addition, the preparation method of the eucheuma extract adopts an ultrafiltration membrane system for pressurization and ultrafiltration, and the efficiency is superior to that of a chromatographic extraction technology.
