titleOfInvention Indoor propagation method for orius minutus
abstract The invention provides an indoor propagation method of orius pollidipennis, and relates to the technical field of insect feeding. The method comprises the steps of egg collection, egg hatching and nymph breeding, adult collection and egg refrigeration. According to the method, the host plant for breeding the thrips and the oviposition carrier of the lygus lucorum are set as the kidney bean pods, so that the breeding steps are simplified, and the development of scale breeding of the lygus lucorum is facilitated. The padding arranged in the oviposition device can reduce the humidity by about 10 percent so as to improve the survival rate of adults and the number of eggs laid; the hatchability can be improved by 20% by matching covers with different hollow diameters during hatching; the sucked adults are quickly mated in a culture dish in advance before being placed in a spawning device, and the spawning number of the single-root kidney beans can be increased by 105%. By utilizing the method, the obtained eggs of the orius minutus are refrigerated for 8 days at the temperature of 8 ℃, the hatching rate of the eggs can be ensured to be more than 70%, and the adult collection rate is about 30%.
