abstract The present invention provides a compound which has specific tyrosine kinase inhibitory activity against C797S mutant drug-resistant EGFR (especially C797S mutant three-drug-resistant EGFR), and is used as C797S mutant drug-resistant EGFR (especially C797S mutant drug-resistant EGFR). It is useful as a preventive or/or therapeutic agent and the like for a C797S mutant triple-resistant EGFR)-specific tyrosine kinase inhibitor, a non-small cell lung cancer having a drug-resistant mutant EGFR, or the like. The compound is a compound represented by formula (I) or a salt thereof, wherein X represents O or NH, R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, and R 3 and R 4 each independently independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, R 5 and R 6 each independently represent an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, and the compound represented by the formula (I) does not include the following compounds.
