abstract | The embodiment of the application discloses an image processing method, an image processing device, image processing equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a target image generated by image acquisition of the stained tissue section; carrying out color channel decomposition on the target image to obtain a first channel image and a second channel image, wherein the first channel image is used for highlighting the cell nucleus staining condition, and the second channel image is used for highlighting the cell membrane staining condition; determining the staining morphology of the cell membrane in the stained tissue section according to the second channel image; when the staining form of the cell membrane is deep staining, determining a cancer area according to the cell membrane staining area in the second channel image; when the staining morphology of the cell membrane is no staining or light staining, the cancer region is determined from the cell nucleus stained region in the first channel image. The method can accurately divide the cancer area without acquiring the image training sample with the label, thereby greatly saving the processing cost. |
