titleOfInvention Method for rapidly determining 27 elements in mango leaves by graphite digestion-ICP (inductively coupled plasma) and ICPMS (intensive charge coupled plasma)
abstract The invention discloses a method for rapidly determining 27 elements in mango leaves by graphite digestion-ICP (inductively coupled plasma) and ICPMS (intensive physical Spectroscopy), which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out early-stage treatment on a sample; (2) processing a calibration curve and a detection limit (3) sample; (4) setting working parameters of the instrument; (5) and (4) sample determination. The invention establishes a research method for measuring the macroelements and the microelements in Tainong mango leaves in different producing areas and different periods based on ICP-OES and ICP-MS. And digesting the sample by a graphite digestion instrument, and researching the content of inorganic constituent elements in the mango leaves by using an optimized ICP-OES and ICP-MS method. And the content of the detected inorganic elements is subjected to statistical analysis by using a Duucan new double-pole difference method in a DPS data processing system, so that the rapid detection and analysis of 27 elements in mango leaves are realized.
