titleOfInvention Preparation method of water-repellent polar fleece fabric and water-repellent polar fleece fabric
abstract The application relates to a preparation method of a water-repellent polar fleece fabric and the water-repellent polar fleece fabric, wherein a carbon 6 low-fluorine type waterproof auxiliary agent is used, a carbon 8 type water-repellent agent with high fluorine content is not used, and the environment-friendly OEKOTextile100 environment-friendly standard is met. The polar fleece fabric needs to be added with the fluff oil due to the bristles, and the fluff oil can cause the reduction of the permeability of the waterproof auxiliary agent absorbed into the fiber during the subsequent shaping. In the application, the size of the polar fleece fabric is set to 150-160cm, 4-6kg of carbon 6 waterproof auxiliary agent is added to each kilogram of gray fabric, the content of the carbon 6 waterproof auxiliary agent is 45-55g/L, the drying temperature is 150-160 ℃, and the coating speed is 15-20 m/min, so that the carbon 6 waterproof auxiliary agent can be absorbed by the front surface of the polar fleece fabric to the maximum. Therefore, the water-repellent polar fleece fabric has good water-repellent performance.
