The thermally conductive filler in the present invention is obtained by in-situ polymerization of triazine acrylate monomers on the surface of magnesium oxide initiated by a free radical initiator, which can not only impart thermal conductivity to the polyester composite material, but also improve its heat resistance and processing stability. It can broaden the application field of polyester material. |
