titleOfInvention Method for preparing alpha-hydroxyamide by selectively reducing alpha-ketoamide ketocarbonyl
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing alpha-hydroxyamide by selectively reducing alpha-ketoamide ketocarbonyl. The alpha-ketoamide and formate react in an organic solvent at the temperature of 100-130 ℃ for 6-12 hours, and the ketocarbonyl of the alpha-ketoamide is selectively reduced to obtain the alpha-hydroxyamide. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is efficient and novel, simple and convenient to operate, easily available in raw materials and high in yield, and the obtained alpha-hydroxyamide serving as a synthetic intermediate is expected to be widely applied to the field of pharmaceutical chemicals.
