The invention provides an Obovatol Mannich base derivative, which has a structural formula shown as the chemical general formula: dissolving Obovatol in absolute ethyl alcohol, adding 37% formaldehyde water solution and secondary amine, performing oil bath, refluxing, concentrating under reduced pressure, and performing silica gel thin-layer chromatography to obtain the Obovatol Mannich base derivative. The prepared Obovatol Mannich base derivatives have high bactericidal activity, and the derivatives 6, 7 and 18 have in vitro inhibitory activity on tomato early blight bacteria; the derivatives 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 have in vitro inhibitory activity on fusarium solani; derivatives 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 18 and 21 have activity against Botrytis cinereaAn ex vivo inhibitory activity; the derivatives 1 and 14 have in vitro inhibitory activity on cucumber colletotrichum; derivatives 6, 8 and 14 have in vitro inhibitory activity against fusarium oxysporum; the derivatives 1, 3, 7 and 16 have in vitro inhibitory activity against apple anthracnose pathogen, and can be used for controlling plant diseases. |
