abstract |
The present invention discloses the application of allicin in reducing the stability of lipid rafts. The present invention finds for the first time that a certain dose of allicin can inhibit the formation of lipid rafts in mouse mammary gland tissue and/or reduce the content of lipid rafts, thereby effectively reducing the lipid content in mammary gland cells. Raft stability; therefore, allicin can be used as a new type of lipid raft inhibitor, providing technical support for the development of drugs for the treatment of lipid raft-related diseases. |
