The method for artificially cultivating the aromatic clitocybe maxima is established by taking the obtained pure cultured mycelia of the aromatic clitocybe maxima as strains, and comprises the following steps: adopting cow dung or a fermentation material decoction culture medium to breed mother seeds in a flat plate mode, inoculating the cultured mother seeds to a strain bottle of a sorghum culture medium, obtaining cultivated seeds after cultivation, uniformly scattering the cultivated seeds on the material surface of a plastic bag filled with the treated fermentation culture material, covering a layer of turfy soil with the thickness of 2-3 cm and the water content of 30-40% after the mycelium is fully bagged, and growing the fruiting bodies of the fragrant clitocybe maxima on the surface of covering soil according to the control of conventional fruiting conditions. The invention provides the artificial cultivation strain of the aromatic clitocybe for the production of edible fungi, and simultaneously establishes a method for obtaining fruiting bodies by artificial cultivation, thereby providing strain and cultivation technical guarantee for realizing the commercial cultivation of the aromatic clitocybe.
