titleOfInvention | The use of LsH3 as an internal reference gene in the analysis of gourd infected with cucumber green mottle mosaic virus |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular biology, and in particular relates to the use of LsH3 gene as an internal reference gene in qRT-PCR analysis of gourd leaves or fruits infected with cucumber green mottle mosaic virus. In the present invention, the transcriptome data of gourd is used to compare the expression level and stability of genes at the whole genome level, and the LsIPT or LsDdRP gene is used for verification to confirm that the disclosed LsH3 gene is under the infection of cucumber green mottle mosaic virus. It can be stably expressed in the leaves and fruits of gourd, and it is a reliable reference gene for gene expression analysis of gourd under the infection of cucumber green mottle mosaic virus by qRT-PCR technology. The present invention uses the LsH3 gene as an internal reference gene for gene expression analysis of gourd for the first time, and solves the current situation that there is no internal reference gene in the quantitative PCR detection of gourd. |
