The present invention provides a DNA methylation marker set for predicting the risk of colorectal cancer (CRC), the marker set includes ESR1, ZNF132, ZNF229, ZNF542 and ZNF677; A kit for a methylation marker set; the present invention also provides the use of a DNA methylation marker set for preparing a kit for predicting the risk of colorectal cancer (CRC) in a subject. The present invention also provides a method for obtaining a DNA methylation marker set. The present invention also provides a method for evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of a colorectal cancer DNA methylation marker set. The present invention proposes a method for predicting colorectal cancer (CRC) risk DNA methylation markers set and constructed diagnostic models (Model 1, Model 2 and Model 3), which can be used for CRC screening and early diagnosis, and are superior to the currently widely used SEPT9 method; can be extended and applied in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. |
