abstract The invention discloses a hypochlorous acid two-photon fluorescence probe HCP and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the structure of the two-photon fluorescence probe HCP is shown as a structural formula I: the two-photon fluorescence probe HCP can effectively trace endogenous HOCl signals in KA-induced epileptic diseases, can effectively and selectively image HOCl in vitro and in vivo, can effectively penetrate through a blood brain barrier to have the brain targeting characteristic, directly observes the HOCl up-regulation in KA-induced epileptic period in vivo and in vitro for the first time by utilizing the characteristics of the probe, and can be applied to the preparation of an inhibitor tool for screening hypochlorous acid. In addition, the invention discloses that the high content analysis is combined with the HCP for the first time, so that the anti-epileptic inhibitor can be screened, and the simple and effective product and method can be provided for researching HOCl in a biological system and screening the medicine for preventing and treating epilepsia.
