titleOfInvention | Machine-sprayed bottom layer plastering gypsum and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The machine-sprayed bottom layer plastering gypsum comprises 100 parts by weight of phosphogypsum, 1.5-5 parts by weight of curing agent, 2-5 parts by weight of retarder, 10-25 parts by weight of water-retaining agent, 70-100 parts by weight of building sand, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of pregelatinized starch and 400 parts by weight of water. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the pH value of the phosphogypsum to be neutral or alkalescent, calcining for a period of time, aging and grinding to obtain the treated phosphogypsum; uniformly mixing the treated phosphogypsum, a curing agent, an optional accelerator, a retarder, a water-retaining agent, building sand and pregelatinized starch to obtain plastering gypsum powder; and uniformly mixing the plastering gypsum powder with water on a construction site to obtain the mechanical spray bottom layer plastering gypsum. The resource utilization of the phosphogypsum is successfully realized, and all performances of the prepared mechanical spraying bottom layer plastering gypsum meet the national standard. |
