titleOfInvention | Coating capable of bidirectionally regulating and controlling response behaviors of osteoblasts and osteoclasts and construction method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a construction method of a coating capable of bidirectionally regulating and controlling the response behavior of osteoblasts and osteoclasts, which comprises the following steps: pre-treating a substrate; alkali activation treatment; preparing an organic phosphonic acid mixed solution; and constructing the bidirectional regulating functional coating. The coating prepared by the construction method and used for bidirectionally regulating the response behavior of the osteoblasts and the osteoclasts is also included. The invention optimizes the content ratio of polyphosphonic acid and diphosphonic acid molecules, and the polyphosphonic acid molecules and the diphosphonic acid molecules are respectively beneficial to promoting osteogenesis and inhibiting osteoclasts to obtain high-quality coatings, so that the release of various organic phosphonic acids can be controlled to realize a bidirectional regulation function. |
