titleOfInvention | Resin emulsion for vibration damping coating, vibration damping coating, and method for producing resin emulsion for vibration damping coating |
abstract | Provided is a resin emulsion for a vibration damping paint that can contribute to the formation of a coating film that is less prone to swelling and peeling, and has good mechanical stability. A resin emulsion for a vibration-damping paint containing (meth)acrylic resin particles comprising: polymerized from a monomer component containing 50% by mass or more of (meth)acrylate and an adsorption protection layer formed by adsorbing a polycarboxylic acid-based polymer compound having a structural unit derived from a carboxylic acid or its salt or acid anhydride on the surface of the particles. The ratio D A /D B of the average particle diameter D A obtained by the laser diffraction/scattering method and the average particle diameter D B obtained by the dynamic light scattering method of the (meth)acrylic resin particles is less than 1. |
