The invention relates to the field of washing in the catering industry, in particular to dipping powder for tableware. The preparation raw materials of the dipping powder for tableware comprise, by weight, 55-70 parts of peroxide, 2-10 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 1-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-10 parts of a builder and 2-20 parts of an inorganic salt; the builder comprises gluconate and citrate, and the weight ratio of the gluconate to the citrate is 1: (0.8 to 1.2). The invention provides tableware dipping powder which can be used in a wide temperature range of 25-60 ℃, has good cleaning efficiency and cleaning power at a low concentration, can efficiently remove stains such as oil stains and color stains which are difficult to remove, and rarely generates foams in the cleaning process; in addition, the dipping powder for tableware has high stability in a wide temperature range at high and low temperatures, does not generate secondary deposition of stains, can be stored for a long time, and has a sterilization effect while removing stains. |
