titleOfInvention Bone nail capable of promoting bone growth and completely absorbed by bone and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a bone nail which can promote bone growth and can be completely absorbed by the bone and a preparation method thereof. The composition of the bone nail includes 0.5-2.0% of nano-zirconia; 1.5-3.0% of nano-zinc oxide; 2.5-5.0% of nano-magnesium; 1.5-2.5% of vanadium; 3-8% of calcium; the balance being magnesium. The above components are first ball milled, then directly formed by the German Yiosi SLM laser powder 3D printer EOSM100 machine, and finally put into an ethylene-acetone aqueous solution for sterilization. The tensile strength and yield strength of the bone nail produced by the invention are both greater than the minimum standard 300Mpa required by the bone nail, and the elongation rate is also greater than the minimum standard required by the bone nail by 16%. The bone nail of the invention has good osteoinductivity, is conducive to the formation of stable osseointegration, and has biological controllable degradability.
