titleOfInvention A kind of enhanced silk fibroin artificial jaw carrier support and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an enhanced silk fibroin artificial jaw carrier support, which comprises the following components by weight: 88-96% decalcified dentin particles, 3-9% silk fibroin and 1-3% PEG. The enhanced silk fibroin artificial jaw carrier scaffold of the invention can be applied to bone tissue engineering, combines cells with scaffold materials, solves the shortcomings of shortage of bone sources, numerous postoperative complications, poor biocompatibility of materials, etc. The back face is recovered well and the operation cost is reduced; in the present invention, Bombyx mori fibroin, decalcified cementum and PEG are rationally compounded, and the obtained compound carrier scaffold material has high mechanical properties, moderate degradation rate in vivo, and has directional osteogenic induction and differentiation. The ability to produce no acidic degradation products reduces immune rejection.
