titleOfInvention Environment-friendly aramid fiber fabric dyeing method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses an environment-friendly aramid fabric dyeing method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of environment-friendly aramid fabric dyeing. The fabric is dyed by photoreaction of the dye, such as photo-copolymerization and photo-crosslinking, under irradiation of ultraviolet rays. And the dyeing can be carried out at room temperature without adding salt, which is very beneficial to environmental protection. The grafting rate and depth of dyeing are influenced primarily by the energy of the UV radiation, the concentration of dye and photoinitiator, the molar ratio of dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide/dye, etc. According to the invention, a hydrophilic monomer of dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide and a reactive dye containing alpha-bromoacrylamide are grafted and copolymerized on the aramid fiber fabric, so that the dyeing property of the aramid fiber fabric can be effectively improved, and the effects of bright fabric color, high friction resistance color fastness and general washing color fastness are achieved. Thereby realizing the environment-friendly dyeing of the aramid fiber fabric on the premise of not damaging the aramid fiber performance.
