abstract The invention provides a method for preparing a spinel-type ferrite film, which comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials and a substrate, performing heating treatment and then cooling to obtain a spinel-type ferrite film; the raw materials include a metal source , surfactants and solvents. Compared with the prior art, the present invention adopts a chemical method to prepare the spinel-type ferrite film. A spinel-type ferrite film with a thickness of several nanometers to several hundreds of nanometers is prepared, and the prepared spinel-type ferrite film has excellent magnetic properties, and its saturation magnetization can reach 1.2T. The present invention also provides a spinel-type ferrite film prepared by the method described in the above technical solution.
