titleOfInvention | Molecular marker cloned from InDel fragment and related to pig hair color property |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of pig molecular marker screening, and particularly relates to a molecular marker cloned from an InDel fragment and related to the color traits of pig hair. The molecular marker obtains genotyping data by integrating NCBI database and re-sequencing data of 469 pigs containing 58 breeds disclosed in European bioinformatics institute, comparing with reference genome sequence of pigs, and obtaining a molecular marker related to the hair color character of the pigs according to genome-wide association analysis (GWAS), namely deletion occurring at Chr 11:50076946bp is deleted from original segment CTGGGAACTT to C, and the specific nucleotide sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1. When the individual genotype is CC, the individual is favorable to have gradually changed fur color. The invention discloses a method for screening molecular markers related to the color traits of pig hair and application of correlation analysis thereof, and provides a new InDel molecular marker for marker-assisted selection of the color traits of pig hair. |
