titleOfInvention Molecular marker cloned from InDel fragment and related to pig hair color property
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of pig molecular marker screening, and particularly relates to a molecular marker cloned from an InDel fragment and related to the color traits of pig hair. The molecular marker obtains genotyping data by integrating NCBI database and re-sequencing data of 469 pigs containing 58 breeds disclosed in European bioinformatics institute, comparing with reference genome sequence of pigs, and obtaining a molecular marker related to the hair color character of the pigs according to genome-wide association analysis (GWAS), namely deletion occurring at Chr 11:50076946bp is deleted from original segment CTGGGAACTT to C, and the specific nucleotide sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1. When the individual genotype is CC, the individual is favorable to have gradually changed fur color. The invention discloses a method for screening molecular markers related to the color traits of pig hair and application of correlation analysis thereof, and provides a new InDel molecular marker for marker-assisted selection of the color traits of pig hair.
