The formate dehydrogenase mutant is a derivative protein formed by replacing one or more amino acid residues of 30 th arginine, 124 th isoleucine, 146 th glycine, 216 th glycine, 261 th proline, 262 th serine, 287 th alanine, 361 th arginine or 381 th glutamine of an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID No.2 with other amino acid residues, and the substrate affinity and the coenzyme affinity of the derivative protein are improved compared with those of formate dehydrogenase formed by the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID No. 2. Compared with the prior art, the mutant provided by the invention has the advantages of high substrate affinity, coenzyme affinity and the like, and has a good application prospect. |
