abstract | The invention discloses a waterproof paper prepared by crosslinking an ordered fiber thin layer by using natural vegetable gum and a preparation method thereof, wherein the waterproof paper consists of the fiber thin layer, an ordered crosslinking regulator and a waterproof reinforcing agent; the fiber thin layer is derived from natural plant gum or derivatives thereof, the mass ratio of the fiber thin layer to the ordered cross-linking type regulator is 100 (1-5), and the mass ratio of the fiber thin layer to the waterproof reinforcing agent is 100 (5-30). No waste liquid is generated in the paper making process, and no environmental pollution is generated. Compared with the conventional paper, the process saves the sizing process and reduces the use of chemicals. The chemical treatment process for sizing agent is reduced during recycling. Degradation is easier when the paper is discarded as waste. The hydrophobic effect is generated without depending on complex chemical reaction, and the principle is simple and ingenious. |
