titleOfInvention High-toughness anti-freezing heat-resistant polyacrylamide organic hydrogel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a high-strength and high-toughness anti-freezing heat-resistant polyacrylamide organic hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene glycol and water molecules change free water into non-frozen water or freezable water through hydrogen bonding, and a small amount of free water and freezable water are embedded into a polyacrylamide network to form tiny ice crystals at low temperature, wherein the tiny ice crystals enable the gel strength to be increased and the gel tensile deformation capacity is endowed through shear yield. The polypropylene glycol also generates physical entanglement with polyacrylamide macromolecular chains to play a role in enhancing, so that the polypropylene glycol has excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures of 25 ℃ and 60 ℃. Therefore, the high-toughness anti-freezing polyacrylamide organic hydrogel provided by the invention has excellent mechanical properties at the high temperature of 25 ℃ and 60 ℃, still has high deformation and fracture toughness at the temperature far lower than 0 ℃, and has wide application prospects in a wide temperature range.
