titleOfInvention | Free radical removal method for heteroatom chain end of polymer material |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for removing free radicals at the end of a heteroatom chain of a polymer material, which comprises the steps of dissolving the polymer material with the end of the heteroatom chain in a solvent, adding micromolecular heterocyclic carbene borane, adding a thermal initiator or a photoinitiator, stirring for 1-48 hours under the condition of heating condition or illumination, changing the micromolecular heterocyclic carbene borane into micromolecular heterocyclic carbene borane free radicals, attacking carbon-heteroatom bonds at the end of the polymer material in a reaction, and simultaneously serving as a hydrogen free radical donor to release a hydrogen free radical; combining the hydrogen free radicals with the polymer chain with the heteroatom chain tail end removed, finally completely finishing the removal of the heteroatom chain tail end of the polymer material, and settling the polymer material with the heteroatom chain tail end removed in a poor solvent; wherein: the molar ratio of thermal initiator to polymeric material is (0.01-1): 1. the micromolecule hybrid carbene borane is simple in preparation process and can stably exist in the air, and the polymer yield is not lower than 85% after the heteroatom chain end cutting process is completed. |
