titleOfInvention | Novel arylphosphine organic optoelectronic materials based on carbazole unit as the core, preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel arylphosphine organic photoelectric material modified by tetraphenylsilane based on carbazole unit as the core. The invention combines the advantages of phosphine and silicon-based photoelectric functional materials. Phosphine oxide/sulfur units and tetraphenylsilane units are connected to the central core of carbazole to obtain two materials with excellent optoelectronic properties, DPOSi and DPSSi, and blue phosphorescent electroluminescent devices (PhOLEDs) prepared with these two materials. High device performance was achieved, with the highest external quantum efficiency reaching 20.8%. |
