Compared with the prior art, the front silver glass powder prepared by the invention has low softening temperature and small thermal expansion coefficient, and the silver paste prepared by the glass powder has excellent electrical property, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, low warping degree of a silicon wafer, excellent adhesive force, moisture resistance and small leakage current. |
