titleOfInvention | DNA photo-thermal fusion-based nano particle, preparation method and application |
abstract | The nanoparticle comprises a polydopamine inner core, a DNA double strand and a gadolinium salt chelate, wherein the DNA double strand is formed by hybridizing a DNA single strand 1 and a DNA single strand 2, one end of the DNA single strand 1 is connected with the polydopamine inner core through a chemical bond, and one end of the DNA single strand 2 is connected with a ligand of the gadolinium salt chelate through a chemical bond. The nano-particle can release the MRI contrast agent containing Gd after double-stranded DNA is melted through photothermal conversion, and the released MRI contrast agent can be rapidly discharged out of a body through renal metabolism, so that the potential toxicity problem caused by heavy metal ions in the in-vivo circulation time is greatly reduced. |
