titleOfInvention | Deplating solution for deplating NCVM (non-conductive metallization) layer and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a deplating solution for deplating an NCVM (non-volatile metal) layer, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 3-10 wt% of inorganic acid; 15-30 wt% of organic acid; 2-5 wt% of penetrant; 0.5wt% -6 wt% of wetting agent; 2 to 5 weight percent of corrosion inhibitor; 3-10 wt% of an auxiliary agent; the balance of water; the penetrant is selected from EO/PO polyether and/or propylene glycol methyl ether; the corrosion inhibitor is selected from benzotriazole and/or methyl benzotriazole. Compared with the prior art, the deplating solution for deplating the NCVM layer provided by the invention adopts components with specific contents, has better interaction, is applied to the NCVM layer on the deplated film IR hole, can quickly deplate the NCVM layer on the film IR hole on the premise of not damaging a film base material, film wire drawing and blackening ink, and can simultaneously ensure that silk-screen IR oil has no problems of oil dispersion, heterochromous and the like. Experimental results show that the deplating solution provided by the invention is applied to the NCVM layer on the deplated film IR hole, and the film product appearance inspection and reliability inspection OK of the deplated NCVM layer is obtained. |
