Copper ion chelating adsorbent with penicillamine as ligand and its preparation and application |
abstract |
The invention relates to a preparation method of a copper ion chelating adsorbent using penicillamine as a ligand for treating Wilson's disease in blood purification therapy. The adsorbent used for chelating copper ions includes a macromolecular carrier as an adsorbent matrix and a ligand chemically covalently bonded to the surface of the carrier, wherein the ligand is penicillamine. The copper ion chelating adsorbent with penicillamine as a ligand of the invention has a good application prospect in the treatment of Wilson's disease. |
