The present invention relates to boiled coffee, a preparation method and a preparation device thereof, wherein the preparation method includes the steps of mixing water and raw beans and performing wet pulverization, so that the average particle size of the raw beans becomes 0.5 to 2 mm. and, extracting the wet pulverized coffee pulp at 85 to 105° C. to obtain aroma concentrates and coffee extracts volatilized at high temperature, respectively, thus containing volatile aromas and maintaining the original taste of coffee, and yield can be improved. |
