abstract Methods, systems, and apparatus for identifying optimal content delivery networks for client devices, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, are described. An exemplary method includes: collecting, by each of a plurality of client devices, performance information from each of a plurality of content delivery networks; reporting, by each of the plurality of client devices, the collected performance information; and based on the collected performance information to map each client device to the best of the multiple content delivery networks for data transfer between the client device and the corresponding mapped content delivery network.
